Elena Knezevic is the Editor-in-Chief and co-founder of Fragrantica, which she started with Zoran Knezevic in 2007. Born in Russia, Elena studied Slavic languages and literature in Moscow before moving to Sarajevo and Belgrade, where the idea for Fragrantica was born. As the Editor-in-Chief, Elena's primary responsibility is to ensure Fragrantica remains a leading source of fragrance-related content, and shape and guide the platform from her South California base.

Zoran Knezevic

Zoran Knezevic is the co-founder of Fragrantica, where he focuses primarily on developing and maintaining the platform's advanced technology. With a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in software development and web technology, Zoran brings a unique set of skills to the company. Additionally, he is involved in overseeing finance, marketing, and sales, working closely with the team to ensure the continued success of Fragrantica.

Bella van der Weerd

Bella van der Weerd studied Communications at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and joined the Fragrantica team in May 2012 to start up the Dutch sister site Fragrantica.nl. She assists in designing, editing and translating articles, and contributes as a writer.

She tasted the beauty of investigative journalism and found herself in the reports and coverage of the prestigious perfume fairs, exhibitions, and events. She adores sunny and blissful perfumes that represent her inner spirit. Sandrina works as an Executive Editor of Fragrantica. She was born and based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Eddie Bulliqi

Eddie Bulliqi is a journalist, researcher, and creative writer who works on the philosophy of the senses and perception, with expertise in scent culture futures and fragrance design strategy. For Fragrantica, Eddie writes reviews and trend predictions. Long-term projects include an investigation into metacognition and crossmodalism, as well as a proposal to reconcile notional and sensate ethics. He has a background in musical performance and art history, and has previously worked with Coty, the Estée Lauder Companies, Esxence, the Institute for Art and Olfaction, Parfums Christian Dior, Stylus Media Group, Ultra International Essential Oils, and the World Perfumery Congress.

Edis is a close friend of Elena and Zoran and has always been an insider of the Fragrantica project. His interest is very wide; from Formula 1 racing (he is an official sports commentator on Bosnian national TV) to many Internet projects, with significant success. His understanding of the inner workings of social media led to finally taking the official position within the Fragrantica team as Social Media Manager.

Vosnaki has worked as the Perfume History Curator for the Milan EXPO 2015, and as a guest lecturer at the Athens School of Fine Arts. She is the founder & editor of Perfume Shrine, one of the most respected independent online publications on scent. Her writing has been twice shortlisted in FIFI Editorial Excellence Awards and is extensively quoted by authors, including The NY Times.
